It all starts with a conversation
A conversation about who you are, what you're marking or celebrating, and how you want people (and yourself!) to feel when they walk into the experience you've created.
I am an incredible listener and ask the kinds of questions most people don't think to ask—about your references, your relationships, the specific feeling you've been chasing but can’t quite name. It's investigative, it's fun, and it goes deep.
This is where everything begins.

01: Intro Call
01 — The Intro Call 20–45 minutes. I want to understand the feeling you're chasing before we talk about anything else. What matters to you, who your people are, what you've always imagined but never quite been able to articulate. By the end of this call, I’ll know if we're the right fit and so will you.
-
02: The Deep Dive
For clients who move forward, we go further. A longer working session where I pull apart your references, your relationships, your aesthetic instincts, and the specific emotion you want the experience to leave behind. This is the part that feels a little like therapy but without the insurance premium ; )

03: The Premise
Before I propose anything, I’ll build a premise, story, the concept. Not a cookie-cutter package but a point of view. A visual and thematic document that captures the concept, the feeling, the through-line of your event. You'll read it and either think yes, exactly that or we'll keep going until you do.
-
04: The Proposal
Once the premise lands, I build out the full proposal with design direction, vendor recommendations, logistics, timeline, and investment. Everything scoped specifically to you, your event, and what it actually needs.
-
05: The Build
This is where I bring it to life. Depending on your tier, I’ll either be fully alongside you through every decision or handling it almost entirely. Either way, you're never alone in it. I’m a real partner, not a vendor.

06: Go Time
If you’ve booked me for the day all you gotta do is show up. Be present. Feel it and enjoy. That's the whole point.
